Instructions:
1. The rear side of the post chip is placed in thefront of the post the whistle piece to the dresser .
2. Adjust the position of the front part of thepost chip to the groove in the back of the postof the post chip dresser.
3. Whistle piece dresser is rotated the riaht sidwrench ( knob ) to rotate the button to cut off theremnant of the front end of the post chip.
