AERmotor P100 PLUS Electrical System Tester With 5 different Tester Adapters Automotive Battery Tester Car Circuit Tester Probe
Features:
-There are four circuit tester diagnostic modes that can be accessed by pressing the mode button and cycling through each one.
-DC Voltage:Connect the probe tip to the circuit, and the LCD will display the DC voltage with a resolution of 0.1V.
-AC Voltage:Connect the Probe Tip to the circuit, and the LCD will display the max. voltage, minimum voltage, frequency and duty cycle.
-Resistance:Connect the tip of the probe to the circuit, and the LCD will display the resistance between the tip and the auxiliary ground wire.
-Tone on/off:Just quickly press the mode button to turn the tone on or off, quickly press (quick press and release) the mode button, if a short high beep is heard, it means the beeper is on, if a short low beep is heard, the sound switched off.

0 Hz to 10 kHz.
Circuit breaker
Rated current:1-10 amps
Test standard:
100% current:no trip
150% current:one hour trip
200% current:shutdown in 3-30 seconds.
Current 300%:Shutdown in 0.5-4.0 seconds.
Functions:
1.Find Short Circuits
In most cases, a short circuit will look like a blown fuse or tripped electrical protection device. Use the Probe Tip to activate and turn on each of the fuse contacts. The contact that trips the circuit breaker is a shorted circuit.
2.Find bad ground
Check suspected ground wire or contact probe tip. If the circuit breaker tripped, this circuit is most likely a good ground.
3.Testing trailer lights
While the instrument is in constant voltage mode, secure an auxiliary ground to trailer ground, measure the pins on the jack, and then apply voltage to the Probe Tip. This allows you to check the operation and orientation of the connector and trailer lights.
4.Continuity check
While the instrument is in resistance mode, using a chassis ground probe tip or an auxiliary ground wire can test for continuity on wires and components attached to or disconnected from the vehicle’s electrical system
5.Component activation
The component activation function is designed to generate activation signals for the components under test, such as activation of lights, engines, and other onboard electrical equipment.
6.Signal chain testing
Once you get the trouble code out of the car and realize that troubleshooting starts with some kind of sensor circuitry, you can do a quick test to verify the code. Checking the sensor is easy when using a tool.
7.Voltage & Polarity Test
While the instrument is in constant voltage mode, connect the Probe Tip to the POSITIVE circuit. If you connect the Probe Tip to the OPEN circuit, none of the LEDs will light up.
