Description:
KA2284 is an integrated circuit used for indicating the level of 5-point LED. When different voltages are input, five LEDs can be output in different lighting states, and the LEDs are turned on and off in seqquence. The number of LEDs lit is offten used to indicate the output of the power amplifier or the ambient sound, that is, the louder the sound, the more LEDs lit, the smaller the sound, and the fewer LEDs lit.
This circuit consists of triode amplifier circuit and level indicator circuit, and the microphone will be connected.
The received sound is sent to transistor Q1 through C3 for amplification, and then sent to the signal input end (8 pins) of KA2284, which drives five groups of light-emitting diodes to display on and off. The power supply of the circuit is 12V, R1-R5 are the current-limiting resistors of light-emitting diodes, and every five light-emitting diodes are connected in series. The left and right sides of the glasses are five groups of light-emitting diodes corresponding to mirror images. Adjust RP1 to adjust the sound sensing sensitivity.
